Artemy Novoselov is a folk music sound producer, composer, and sound engineer, and a co-founder of the MUSIQUE de SIBERIE.
He is the sound producer for the projects AINA, ULTAN KAI, Altai Kai, SAYLU, and ray!. He specializes in music production, often with a focus on folk and ethno sound.
He also releases solo works in the ambient and electronic genres. One of these works is the release Sanctuary, written as the soundtrack for Elina Gusarova’s exhibition Sanctuary, which tells the story of the Stolby Nature Reserve through a mystical and personal lens. It becomes a kind of journey from the contemplation of nature — sometimes strange and unsettling — to personal memories of the people who have fallen in love with the reserve’s rocks forever.
